[Hotel] Hotel Riberies - Llavorsi

Located in the Pyrenees lleidetà in the small town of Llavorsí, we found this hotel four stars at the gates of Vall d'Àneu, Vall de Vall de Vallfarrera Cardós and , which allows access Vahl d'Aran through the port of Bonaigua or visit the National Park d'Sant Aigüestortes Maurici, among many other activities.

A foot of river crossing Pallaresa Noguera, a tributary of the Segre, which in turn is the Ebro, allows us to mix a stay with a certain degree of comfort and luxury of a four-star all with the natural environment , extreme sports and skiing.

This is the second time we visited the hotel, the first was two years ago and really deserved the break, despite having been a year in which there was not much snow and we could not enjoy a trip on sledges pulled by dogs that had contracted. Frequenting the area, the practice risk sports can be enjoyed in the area, including rafting and canyoning, this time, we prefer a little more comfort and luxury in an unbeatable setting, replacing hostels or apartments in the area something simpler.

The first impression we have of the hotel is that wood and stone are the primary design elements, adding a touch rustic in both the hall and in the various rooms of the establishment.

The hotel offers two types of rooms, the comfort and paperback, plus a suite. We have opted in both visits by the rustic, something cheaper and smaller dimensions, but enough for someone who has no intention of staying in the hotel room except to sleep or nap.

The rooms are mostly attic, with wooden beamed ceilings, a large shower room, where we expect, in addition to the common attention in the hotels, a couple of bathrobes and a pair of disposable slippers. These two elements is destined to access the SPA or different wellness treatments offered at the hotel for guests.

The SPA has a pool with Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and heated loungers . Ideal for a day after skiing, rafting or a good outing, either on foot or horseback through the area. Wellness treatments are as varied.

One detail that we were disappointed on our second visit was that, at least in the rustic rooms, had replaced the attention of the Parisian brand Pascal Morabito other lower quality in our opinion (interestingly, still promotions such service on its website). It was a shame, because both bath gel, moisturizer and soap pads were a wonder, by their smell and their results. We liked it so much that we took home a bottle of gel and some soap.

Of the breakfast is little to say, are a priori complete with an assortment of sweet and savory meats in the area, cheeses, scrambled eggs, fried tortilla, sausage, crispy bacon, pastries, toast , fruit, yogurt, juices, red wine, etc.. There is a section dedicated to the fairly complete diet for which prefer not to spend. The downside is more a matter of organizational or customer differentiation weekday to weekend, quantity or variety is very variable depending on the date on which we stand.

If the customer care has to be different on weekdays, you can not charge the same. Or a customer in four stars all week or you are not. A fact which for us was a bit disappointing.

In the classroom, features a TV room with a large flat screen and smoking room, which is the only room with fireplace (a part of the suite), which only we could enjoy while be alone, we do not like the smoke of snuff.

Overall, it seems that is a good place a highly recommended enclave in which they have worked a facility services that are unavailable in the area. Hopefully the lack of competition does not happen accommodate bill and continue with their good work.

In short, we discuss what we thought the restaurant, which I advance, is one of the biggest bets of the hotel.
