Chocolate muffins with mascarpone cream / / MASCARPONE CREAM AND CHOCOLATE MUFFINS CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

has started in May and I still mood for the muffin. Yes, I know, the operation bikini that, not me. I think the food is to enjoy it, without excesses, but enjoy it. And the sweet, what say?. Well ...... I love it!

muffin course the above are so good that I can not stop them somehow and change the finish. Today I leave these with mascarpone cream. When I left a tub of it lost by the refrigerator, or think that only serves to make Tiramisu, you can make a muffin with chocolate or raspberry and topped with a rich cream cheese.
